❓ What if a school refuses to change unfair contract terms?
We advise the athlete to seriously consider whether that school is the right choice. A school that is unwilling to negotiate fair terms for an incoming athlete is unlikely to prioritize that athlete's interests once they are enrolled. We will tell you this directly — and help you evaluate your other options.
