RecruitU was founded by a former college coach and includes a team of college level coaches who possess significant experience as head and assistant coaches at all levels of college sports. They are experts in evaluating athletes and identifying their best college matches and possess insider knowledge of the recruiting process and landscape. George White - Founder and CEO
Possessing a passion for mentoring student-athletes, George has been a head and assistant basketball coach at all levels of college from DIII at Ursinus College to High DI at Stanford. He is also a former student-athlete himself, having captained the basketball team at Harvard. Also possessing management and finance experience, George combined these skills to build a team and proven methodology to empower numerous athletes to realize their dreams of a productive, enjoyable and memorable college athletic experience. His commitment to enable them to achieve their dreams and potential has impacted many athletes and families and changed the negative outcomes currently prevailing in college recruiting by ensuring an ideal college match on all key levels.
