George White has spent his career in college athletics — first as a player, then as a coach, and now as an advocate for the athletes navigating the system he knows from the inside.

A former Co-Captain of the Harvard University basketball team, George went on to head and assistant coaching roles at programs ranging from DIII Ursinus College to high Division I Stanford University.

That path — player to coach at every level — gave George a perspective genuinely rare in the recruiting advisory world. He understands what coaches look for, how programs make decisions and what athletes and families need to know before committing to a school.

George also brings management and finance experience that directly informs RecruitU's approach to NIL contract analysis, revenue share advising and financial aid negotiation.
