​RecruitU Methodology

The driving force behind this process starts with our college level coaches who assess each athlete to determine their ability and college level of play. This includes competition video review and assessment as well as obtaining feedback through our expansive network of coaches. 

In addition, we perform an "athlete background investigation" through direct confirmation of each athlete's participation in the relevant sport at their high school as well as level of performance on their school and club teams.

We then produce a professional level evaluation report which outlines our assessment. We perform this service in all boys and girls sports.
